From Col Bagarguiac to Gourette
ayous Saturday 11 June you arrive in Saint Jean de Pied de Port where you spend the night in a hotel (half board).
You can fly with Ryanair from London to Biarittz. You can also fly with Ryanair from London to Pau. The price will be around 80 pound for a return.
Pick-up by the Bergtopper Van in Pau and Biarittz.

Sunday June 12, After breakfast the Bergtopper Van will bring you to Col Bagarguiac where your first day starts. If this is not you first day you also start at this Col. The track is about 7 hours, 1000 meters difference in altitude (descending) and you end in a gite in Logibar where you spend the night.
Monday June 13, You start after breakfast. Today you pass a canyon via a very impressive bridge. This day is about 8 hours and 1000 meters difference in altitude and you end in a gite in Sainte Engrace where you spend the night.
Tuesday June 14, Today is a short day so you can take a late breakfast or start at your regular time and have an easy afternoon. Today you will go from the Pay Bask to the Bearn. The track is about 5 hours, 1100 meters difference in altitude and you end in a refuge (half board) in Arette where you spend the night.
Wednesday June 15, Another short day. You start hiking after breakfast and this day is about 5 hours, 1000 meters difference in altitude and you end in a gite in Lescun where you spend the night. Today you have to climb a pretty steep part!
Thursday June 16, You start hiking after breakfast. The track is about 6 hours, 700 meters difference in altitude and you end in a gite in Borce where you spend the night. This day is also a very nice day.
Friday June 17, You start hiking after breakfast. This day is about 8 hours, 1500 meters difference in altitude and you end in a refuge (only the night) at the Lac de Bious Artigue where you spend the night based on half board. Today you will do the Chemin de la Mature and you will enter the national Park
natpark Saturday June 18, You start hiking after breakfast. The track is about 9 hours, 1300 meters difference in altitude and you end in Gourette.
The Bergtopper Van will be waiting here to bring you back to St Jean de Port where you spend your last night in the hotel (half board).

Sunday June 19 The Bergtopper Van will bring you back to Biarittz or Pau after breakfast.
Ryanair flies from Biarittz to London and from Pau to London.

General
The lunch is not included with the price. The Bergtopper can take care for the lunch, for 8 euro a lunch. We sleep 4 times in a gite. If the Bergtopper takes care for the food, this is possible for 17 euros 50 a day (breakfast and dinner, including consumptions). Most of the time it is also possible to take half board in the gite. This will cost you about 25 euros (breakfast and dinner) and must be mentioned in advance. On the other hand, it is very cozy to prepare dinner together......
If the Bergtopper takes care for all the food (7 x lunch, 5 x breakfast and 5 x dinner), it will cost you and extra 140 euros.
